High-Production Editorial / Brand Shoot
Led end-to-end production for a multi-day editorial and branded content shoot on-location on Catalina Island, California. The project required seamless coordination between creative, talent and brand stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets for digital and social distribution.

Owned full production lifecycle from pre-production through delivery
Built and managed production timelines, budgets and crew hiring
Coordinated talent, agents, and brand stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables and make budget adjustments as needed
Oversaw on-set operations, ensuring efficient execution across multiple setups and managed on-set safety and logistics of shooting with high-value equipment on the water
Managed post-production workflow, including selects, retouching and final asset delivery

Solution: Worked with harbor authority and local agents to ensure safety and efficiency on set; implemented a streamlined approval and asset tracking system, allowing real-time feedback and reducing delays in post-production
